To all of our followers & friends,
As we are sure you are all aware, the past few days have been incredibly tough, and have forced us to confront some very difficult scenarios. It is looking increasingly likely that we will soon experience a forced closure, and after Mondays announcement advising the general public to stay away from businesses such as ourselves, the impact on our business has been monumental.
Therefore, as of today, 18th March 2020, we have taken the difficult decision to temporarily close the doors and cease all regular business operation for what is currently an unknown period of time. We are currently working on a financial strategy that will hopefully steer our little business through these incredibly tough times.
While our restaurant is closed to the general public, we will however be offering a limited takeaway menu, available on Friday 20th March. We will be posting further details regarding this tomorrow morning, and would greatly appreciate any support in this project from any of you who love the food that we offer here at The Salt Cellar.
We want to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support, past, present and future and hope to be welcoming you all back here soon.
While the future of our industry is uncertain, the resilience and determination of its workers is NOT.
To all our friends in the industry all over the UK, stay strong and good luck....
Matt & Jade, Duncan & Helen & all the team here at The Salt Cellar, Tenby
